What are the benefits of being Team Leader?

In a Glossary on SFI site you can read that the Team Leader is: “A title awarded to an affiliate who has met the minimum requirements for one of five team leader ranks: Bronze Team Leader, Silver Team Leader, Gold Team Leader, Platinum Team Leader, and Diamond Team Leader. Meeting Team Leader rank qualifications means you'll hold the title for the month you qualify, as well as the month following it (you'll need to re-qualify by end of the current month to retain the title).” In comparison to Executive Affiliate (EA) and especially Affiliate, Team Leader has more significant benefits.

1. Team Leaders (TL) get 12-24 TCredits, depending on rank;
2. They receive matching VPs from the Executive pool within 6-12 levels, depending on rank;
3. Up to 18 Milestone shares, depending on rank;
4. Up to 6 monthly shares of CSAs, depending on rank;
5. To reassign PSAs and CSAs up to 12 generations to motivate down line, depending on rank;
6. Up to 20 Designated Diamond  invitations, depending on rank.
