What have to do one to be a good SFI team leader?

-          First at all, he always tries to put his knowledge on a higher level and to share with his team, he learns and teach others to learn

-          He communicate to his down lines by emails, chat, team mails, stream posts, mobile, etc.

-          He provide all support to down lines, through tips, instructions, answering the questions, etc.

-          He set up his Leadership page and regularly update it

-          Encourage and motivate the most active members

-          Do recognize the most active members and mostly work with them

-          Organize some competition with awards as a gift cards, TCredits, etc. to motivate them

             -     And, at last, but not a less important, lead by example. Do what want from others to do: log in to SFI daily, regularly do daily actions, participate in Forum, Stream posts, Auctions, Eager Zebra games, promote TripleClicks products, Deals of the day, close-outs, etc.
